To loose a stone.Done! To stay on Lipotrim for a month.
Done!! To be obese rather than super obese (13stone 12).
Done!!! To loose 10% of my body weight.
Done!!! To loose 20% of my body weight.
Done!!! To be overweight rather than obese (12stone).
Done!!!To look hot at my friends wedding in December and be able to wear a fab dress. To weigh less than 11 stone. to sustain a weight of less than 11 stone. To be totally proud of my body at my wedding next July. To eventually be healithy rather than over weight (9stone 11-long long term goal).

Hi and welcome Raquel. If you stick with LT 100% you will lose all the weight that you want to. Really try to stick to it 100%, you will get to your goal so much quicker if you do. I think 3lbs a week is realistic and some weeks I bet you will lose more, which is always nice. Get drinking that water and watch the weight drop off you!
