Anyone watch the Biggest loser??
I love it and it gives me good ideas for exercising now obviously they are on very extreme routines like 7 and 8 hrs per day!!!! But its good for picking up wee tips and stuff and it also motivates me to getting up off my ass, i normally use my cross trainer whilst watching it as i feel really lazy watching it whilst on the couch!!!!!
They have amazing weight losses!!
