    Anyone watch the Biggest loser??
    I love it and it gives me good ideas for exercising now obviously they are on very extreme routines like 7 and 8 hrs per day!!!! But its good for picking up wee tips and stuff and it also motivates me to getting up off my ass, i normally use my cross trainer whilst watching it as i feel really lazy watching it whilst on the couch!!!!!

    They have amazing weight losses!!

    size 16,14,12,10 & 8

    I was a 8 but now im realistically back up to a big 10 wont take me long an i'll be back there again!!!

    10k Minimarathon....complete!!

    I watch the current season on Sky one and i sky plus all the old ones too!!! ya i'd love to do something similar like the boot camp that kerry katona did, Dont care what any one thinks of her she seemed to work hard at it an looks good (hopefully it wont come out that it was all due to cosmetic surgery as ya never can believe everything u read)
