    I have decided ( I think)!

    When I go for my weigh in today to start the re-feed, I have struggled this week and don't want to start thinking 'what if I had'. I was going to begin next week and then join slimming world just bringing it a week forward.

    I am very happy with where I am at the moment and never thought I'd say that!

    I am terrified of eating again though

    ok, so I've been for weigh in and have lost 5lb . Pharmasist wasn't very helpful (usual one wasn't there) so despite having wobbles for the last couple of days I will stick to it for the next week and definately start refeed next week!
