    Any tips!!

    It is my first function this Sunday since I have started LT and wondering if anyone can advise me on how to get through it without causing a scene!!! There will be family there whom I have not met in a while and the food is definitely going to be a real test of willpower!!
    As usual already thinking about food and it is not sunday yet!!!! How on earth am I gonna survive!!!

    I've gone out alot this week with my friends for meals and such.

    The first time I went out for a dinner party I felt rather unconfortable sitting there not eating anything. lol so I took the soup with me and when it was ready put it in a bowl. That way I felt like I was actually eating with them.

    When I would go out to the cinema and such I would take a bottle of water with me, and get a large cup of ice to watch the movie with, that way when my mates were shoving back the popcorn I'd suck my ice so it felt like I was eating something because my hands were busy going in and out of the thing of ice.
