Don't worry Hun, everyone feels starving the first few days by tomorrow hopefully your ketones will have kicked in and trust me the hunger goes away completely I promise! Go have a look in the mirror and start visualizing yourself in your Christmas party clothes and then go drink some yummy water to help get rid of the hunger pang it does work!

Although I'm actually on my 91st day today, I came off the diet for 3 days at the beginning of the week, so am also on my 3rd day 'restarting'. It's tough, I'm starving today as well, but I KNOW how easy it gets later and how good the results are - I've lost 3 stone and 3 dress sizes in 3 months!! Another month, another stone and possibly another dress size - I can't wait!! Just think how fab you'll feel and look.
    Mini Goals
    - Get under 200lbs - Get into the 13sts - Lose 10% starting weight (13st 12lbs) - Get Primark size 16 dress zipped up - Get BMI out of 'obese' range (13st 3lbs) - Get into size 14 trousers from Asda - Get into size 14 trousers from M&S

Weekly Losses (14st 11 when starting CD on 06/04/12)
    Week 1 (12th April) -7lbs (SS)
    Week 2 (19th April) (1000)
    Week 3 (26th April)
    Week 4 (3rd May)
    Week 5 (10th May)
Week 6 (17th May - wedding dress fitting)
    Week 7 (24th May)
    Week 8 (31st May)
Week 9 (7th June - nearly hen night / final dress fitting)
    Week 10 (14th June)
    Week 11 (21st June)
Week 12 (28th June - wedding in 3 weeks, aim to maintain!)
