Welcome back debz... I am sorry you are here again (in the nicest possible way!)

You have done it once, so you know you can do it again hun.

I started at 229lbs.. Just to be nosey, how long did 2 and a half stone take you last time?

If it makes you feel any better i started at size 18 (tight), and am still in a size 18 (a little loose, but not overly so) after losing over 2 stone.

I hope it goes well for you x x x

    Hi pestydebs

Ditto to all of the above
I'm back here again for the same reasons. However I have been on LT for a month and have already lost a stone. So stick with us...I'm hoping to lose a bit more weight before Xmas...enjoy my Xmas meal and then straight back on. It's the only way I know I wont go off like a runaway train!
Gotta watch this weight devil...man it creeps back on before you can say sausage roll
