    hi all hope u all doing well and had a good day.i really wanted to start LT on friday but my bro and wife and kids came from thurs til sunday which meant starting LT would have been really hard esp as i do all the cooking so anyway im going to go to the pharmacy tomoro and get my first week started.Im really hoping i can lose weight and reach a healthy weight.i want my wii mii to be skinny not fat anymore its so embarressing as my husband v slim and my son. hopefully i wont b so big for much longer (everything crossed)

    I restarted this morning, ive got another 2 stones 4 pounds to lose.
    Just think on them days when its gonna be hard that im struggeling along with ya ; ) x
