    Im Back :)

    Hiya Everyone

    Did ya miss me? lol

    2 weeks of "real" food and im 8 and a half pounds heavier!!!!!! So...... I started back on Lipotrim this morning and i WONT be stopping till i reach my new goal, no excuses and NO food at all!
    Im going home to Fife in 2 weeks and everyone will just have to accept that im on a diet and that i wont be eating, if they wanna moan about it then i'll just come back lol

    So here i go again with 2 stone 4 pounds to lose, hopefully i'll have done that by xmas, if not looks like milkshake for xmas day dinner lol

    I feel really positive this time round, long may this last xxx







    Time for the very last operation goal to commence. No excuses!
    Start weight was 19 stone 7 pounds. Goal weight is now 12 stone!

    Did you keep a refeed diary on here, I've just started refeed, and any help would be appreciated...

    I have said that I'm keeping close eye on weight still and if I put on I will be straight back on... So well done for recognising the problem and good luck on your new LT journey xx

    Week 1-4 loss 25lbs
    Week 4-8 loss 16lbs
    Week 9-11 loss 13.5lbs
    Reached 14 st on week 11 maintenance on Low GI

    Backup to 15st 6lbs over 18 months
    Restart 100% 26th Feb 2012
    Week 1 loss 8.5lbs @100%
    Week 2 loss 3.5lbs @100% TOTM
    Week 3 loss 5lbs @ 100%
    Week 4 loss 3lbs @ 100% (Back to my last goal weight back in 2010)
    Week 5 loss 2lbs @ 100% (after my birthday meal of course !!)
    Week 6 - Not weighed due to illness and ate - restart 100% Mon 9th April

    GOALS
    Into the 14s.... Done (during week 1)
    Lose 1st stone.... Done (during week 3)
    Into the 13s.... Done (during week5)
    final goal 13st 0lbs refeed....
    MAINTAIN !! (always within 7Lbs)

    No i never kept a diary maybe that was my problem.

    I done a 4 day refeed then went on slim fast, that gave me a liecence to eat loads a crap and gain 8 and a half pound

    Your in the right frame of mind so i think you'll be fine, good luck x
