Hi Kirky, I only drink sparkling water as it's easier to drink and not as "heavy" in your stomach than plain water.

I only drink sparkling water - still water is just too much hard work. I was worried that being sparkling it might bloat me but Its fine to drink as I checked this with pharmacist.
