    Toning plates

    Can u use the toning plates while on tfr???
    March
    week 1 - 12lb
    week 2 - 6lb TOTM
    week 3 - 3lb
    week 4- 3lb

    March total = 24lb


    April- goal 14lb

    Week 5 - 4lb
    Week 6 - 6lb TOMT
    Week 7 - 3lb
    Week 8 - 7lb



    April total = 20lb


    May- goal 14lb

    week 9 + 3lb refeed
    week 10 + 1lb refeed
    week 11 - 8lb TFR
    week 12 - 3lb

    May total - 7lb

    June - goal 7 lb in 2 weeks

    I don't see why not. I go to the gym 6 days a week and I am on the power plate as well. Will do you no harm

    Thanks think I'll have to go for 1 after my weigh in tomorrow! Wow the gym 6 days a week don't think I could do that!!! How is ur energy level being on lipotrim??
