Yeah, if possible u should get weighed first thing in the morning before any water or shakes then u know it's a true loss. I weighed myself one evening and I was a whole 4lb heavier than I was in the morning despite only having fluid!!!
Start weight - 17st 6.
Week 1 - -10lb (totm)
Week 2 - -5lb
Week 3 - re-feed - 3lb
Ran out of LT, had 3 weeks off in Total - Gained 3lb. Starting Exante
Start Exante - 16st 4.
Week 1 - -10lb
Week 2 - -5lb(6 day week)
Mini Goals:
Finish first week LT 100%
Get into 16 stone band
Lose a stone
Get jeans on bought last spring

Thank you, I know I shouldnt be down but I see people loosing 10lbs and it gets to me cause ive struggled like hell since January to get going. But I know im going to do this now.

ive lost 7.75lbs! but my stats will only allow rounded numbers so im 210 this week (im 209.75 - that 2.5 really matters hehehe!)

That is about what I lost last time but my losses after that were good so chin up x. It's maybe not a bad thing to be on LT for a while to break carb addiction. If u only do it for few weeks it might b harder to maintain?
My brother says I must be anorexic because when I look in the mirror I do indeed see a fat person!
