    Sleep???

    Is anyone else having bad sleep? iv been tossing and turning all night! So tired but can't sleep xx

    Gosh, I had the opposite effect on TFR. I slept so much better without the stodge in my belly.
    Maybe you were just over warm or have you anything on your mind at the moment?

    Total loss :116lbs = 63 inches at 31/08/10
    Lipotrim = 87 lbs and 53.5 inches
    GL = 29lbs and 9.5 inches


    Year One 1/09/2009 - 31/08/2010
    Wk 01-28 87 lbs lost and 53.5 inches overall lost on TFR
    Wk 29-52 29lbs lost and 9.5 inches lost on GL
    Goal!!!! 116lbs lost and 63 inches lost overall. Size 28 down to Size 14!!!!


    Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR losses
    Only major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.


    Year Three 01/09/2011- 31/08/2012
    Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.
    19/03/2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a lttle.

    OOH I agree!! For the first week I was zonked out but once ketosis was well and truly underway I found I needed less sleep! I used to doze off on the sofa at 9 and be hard to rouse in the morning.. now i can be up really late! I find that I wake up naturally now anytime from 4am onwards as if I am full of beans and ready to get up - I cant cause I would wake the kids so I read this forum on my phone, go on fb or play jewel on my phone!! LOL!!! xx

    i always found sleep a problem the first few days of SSing, i just couldn'g get comfy, had fidgety legs and aches and pains!!

    Back to a VLCD to shift a few pounds gained after quitting the ciggies on 31/12/09!

    Week One: -8.5lbs

    Week Six: -2lbs
    Week Seven: STS (only to be expected really)

    It is awful honey,and as I am trying to get back to SS for my hols, I know I have got this to come and I dread it. Usually kicks in about day 3 and lasts for 3 or 4 nights sometimes, but it does eventually pass though x
