    9pounds dowm- first weigh in......

    hi pals . am i happy??really happy!!!!!!!just got back from the pharmacy and i was 9pounds down despite my hiccup on the 3rd day. am sooooo happy and hopefully by the end of the 2nd week i would have lost a total of 1 stone. thank you guys for your support. Dont abandon me though as i still need you. one of my work mates told me at work yesyterday without knowing i was on lt that i was looking slimmer. i just smiled.
