I drank some tescos peppermint tea this morning. I thought it was allowed. But I'm starting to swell up now and I feel headachy. Was it ok to drink or not????? Help. I'm doing so well so far. I'm on day six.

Week 7: Whoops! Well, it WAS Easter....... No weigh in..
Week 8: - 5lbs
The Plan: Get to 150lbs on Exante by midsummer - then WW/calorie count/exercise to 126lbs by Christmas 2012.
GOAL#1- get to 216.5Lbs = 1/4 way to exante goal DONE!!!! 21/3/12.
GOAL#2- get to 195lbs = 1/2 way to Exante goal.
If it was leaf tea, then there is no problem honey x Don't worry x

Was it peppermint tea, brewed yourself? Or in a bottle/ready made? If the latter it might not be ok but otherwise should be finexxx

Thank you all so much. I really thought I'd blown it. I swelled up for about two hours and then it receeded. The peppermint tea is fabulous but I must have an intolerance.
