    thanks a million everyone for replies,i feel so much more excited about it now,only im going to galway for a weekend with a few couples next sat so ive decided to wait until the 3rd of may to start..this way i can have a clear mind that nothing is coming up for at least 8-9 weeks after that and ill be well into it to not want to stop!! x

    i have lost a total of 12 pounds in 12 days and already gone down a dress size. what more can i say, it keeps me going!!!just think about what you will like to look like as well as the money you are spending; you wont want to waste that , would you?in this austere time. i honestly do cheat but only with proteins and i can tell you i have not been hungry just craving especially when i come back from a late shift like now. i just had a quarter of a medium sized fish leftover by my husband. Am happy to say i have passed that stage where i have to eat when i cook which is almost everyday. if i have to taste, i do taste but never swallow and wash my mouth afterwards. CANT BELIEVE I CAN DO THIS! its a struggle for me before bedtime but i just try so hard not to lose control
