    What have you lost so far??

    hi all,as you can see frm my 1st weeks loss i completely came off track,and the next week i didnt do it at all?? i know its only me that can make me do this but a big motivator would be to tell me how much you have lost and in how long pleeeeeeeez!! im starting fresh today and i will be on here every evening after my walk! x

    Hi, im not the best motivator because i have struggled all the way thro this diet. I have 4 good days and 3 bad days every week. I feel good then i feel hungry and its a constant battle with my inner mind arguing with me about giving up. BUT 6 weeks of getting myself thro it and coming on here daily has lost me 23.5lbs and now size 10/12's yay :-)

    Today is my weigh day and I started refeed last week, I have lost 3lbs during refeed, well chuffed so now lost 54lbs in 14 weeks.

    3 stone 5lbs in 11 weeks and have dropped from a tight 18 (or 20 in some brands) to a loose 16 in trousers and am now into size 14 tops. I can also get up and do up size 14 jeans although there's still a bit too much of a muffin top going on at the waist but anticipate these fitting perfectly in about 2-3 weeks. I haven't been 100% all the way through, although when I have cheated I've avoided the carbs, and I haven't done any exercise although I intend to start. Good luck. When I started I was terrified. I couldn't imagine sticking it but I have and I'm so glad.

    Hi I was on lipotrim 10 weeks and I moved to exante then back to lipotrim this week and iv lost 4 stone 10 in exactly 15 weeks today and gone from a suze 24 to a size 16 (that was 10lb ago that i tried on a 16 but I'm still wearing my 18's because i don't want to buy new clothes yet).
    I lost 15lb my 1st week.

    I haven't managed 100% every single day but if I have eaten then I just get straight back to it the next day.

    I am also not one of the better people to ask about this diet, as i have had BAD weeks and struggled through, i have lost 19lbs in 5 weeks. I dont have that much to lose so i didnt expect to lose half a stone each week so i am VERY happy at the weight i have lost not to mention before i was hiding myself in size 16 clothes and now i am a size 12 going nicely into a size 10..... i am over the moon, never thought once id had the kids i would go back to myself.
