    6 whole lbs off
    Im so happy, i knew getting back on track would help me and i have found the ketostix have made me feel better knowing i am tackling the fat.

    Only a couple of more weeks and thats me on refeed, it could even be next week because right now i feel that good i feel like i could stop it now and be totally happy at how i have shed the excess pounds.
    Did Lipotrim .... Got into my perfect size 12 wedding dress Back on Cambridge after Honeymoon and Christmas and no dicipline
    2lb gone from being a non starter
    5 1/2 pound gone in my first full week
