I know you're told not to really start any exercise until after your first week, I'm guessing so that once ketosis starts, anything physical you do will be burning fat...
- What exercise do you do and how often do you do it?
- Have you been able to tell a difference in your shape?
I'm hoping to start swimming twice a week as well as my usual night walk with the dogs but also - I've been given Jillian Michaels *30 day shred* DVD which apparently is a killer but seriously works and can shift an extra 30lb in some people.
