A STONE DOWN and compliments.... hi all, can you believe that in the last 3 days av been getting people taking second look at me?wow! am enjoying this though. a lady just told me this morning that i am taller. being alomost 6 feet, this was not noticeable before. i dindnt realise a stone loss can make such a difference!and believe me my work mates are now like, 'you look different, what have you done' ooh they dont know my secret though! i AM enjoying this attention.
its such a great feeling, I am off work now for a week, I cant wait to go back with another few pounds off and see peoples reactions!!
