    week 5 weigh in devestated :(

    Had my week 5 weigh in this morning and lost 1.7lbs. I am totally devestated mainly I suppose as I had wanted to get 3 off this week to get to 2 stone. Also my totm is here so I know thats why but flip me you pay 44 a week, eat no food, and no real satisfaction today!

    I know exactly how u feel, I only lost 1lb on my 6th week, I was devastated and really wanted to give in. I told myself I'd stick it another week and see what happened. Well my losses went back up and I completed 13 weeks and got to goal

    Keep at it and just know that next week will be a good loss x x
