Just had a sneaky peak on day 5 and I'm down 9lb, down to the next stone now if that's not an incentive to carry on then nothing will be. I'm over the tricking moon..
Wi Tuesday.
Only thing is I had some lettuce and onions last night daft craving and I think it knocked me out of ketosis cus I'm starving.
Busy day again in work so I won't have Access to food until I go home for half hr break and then I will have my vanilla/coffee shake yummy yummy lol
