    Sneaky peak

    Just had a sneaky peak on day 5 and I'm down 9lb, down to the next stone now if that's not an incentive to carry on then nothing will be. I'm over the tricking moon. .

    Wi Tuesday.

    Only thing is I had some lettuce and onions last night daft craving and I think it knocked me out of ketosis cus I'm starving.

    Busy day again in work so I won't have Access to food until I go home for half hr break and then I will have my vanilla/coffee shake yummy yummy lol

    woohoo! well done I'm only on day3, doesn't seem worth having a sneaky look just yet.
    I didn't even go into Ketosis by my (5 day) weigh in! LT isn't for me. Finding out about WW - Stay tuned.

    5'8" as well! and we're going for almost the same target weight... I see a rival diet plan experiment possibility here lol
