    been really good, getting weighed tomorrow toying with the idea of adding flap jacks what does everyone think about them because im not sure...

    I've not tried them myself cos everyone seems to hate them on here! My advice would be to ask for a sample one (which they should happily give you) then, if you like it, you can go back and swap for some of your shakes. If you don't like it and can't finish it then you won't have missed out on a precious meal!

    Vile. Sawdust. Utterly disgusting... There are NO foods I dislike as much as them (tried a friend's a few months bk!) however, I really like the shakes! Each to their own! Ha

    Off work with a torn achilles, in plaster and gained as doctor changed meds. Not sure of gain but I can feel it..... SO..... Exante maybe as I cant get to any chemists as cant drive! x
