Back to a VLCD to shift a few pounds gained after quitting the ciggies on 31/12/09!
Week One: -8.5lbs
Week Two: -3lbs
Week Three: -2.5lbs
Week Four: -2.5lbs
Week Five: -1.5lbs
Week Six: -2lbs
Week Seven: STS (only to be expected really)
Off plan now until back from holidays x x

The only differences really are CD have a wee bit more choice so far as flavours go and range of products also generally LT works out cheaper. Hth.

Hi Ellie, I've done cd and the flavours are nice, bars are good etc. The main difference I've found is that Lipotrim is more bland with a goal of retraining taste buds... For me that is better as my diet was rubbish (high sugar, salt etc) so I needed something which would help. I made muffins on cd! Lol - didn't help the cake craving! Couldn't have the bars either as they were so like real choc that I pigged on them!
We all have preferences and different needs, mind! Xx

Off work with a torn achilles, in plaster and gained as doctor changed meds. Not sure of gain but I can feel it..... SO..... Exante maybe as I cant get to any chemists as cant drive!x
Haha I tried my friends shake she's on the Cambridge, and it was so nice!!
I could eat some muffins lol I'm STARVIN!! Forgot how hard this diet was, findin it really hard!! X x

exactly Jessie.... CD works for some people but I couldnt stick to it for too long as there were too many 'getouts' ie you could have milk with tea, could have a meal if you wanted etc.... Lipotrim TFR is just that... TOTAL... A benefit of CD is that they have cartons of shake too.... easier to take to work, although I find it ok with the shaker, personally... If you would cope better on CD go for it, but long term I want my buds to change!x

Will be stickin to lipotrim!! Wasnt really sure wot the CD was all about thought they were the same!!! I hope I reach my goal by August :-/
