Should my pharmacy be checking my ketone levels regularly whilst i'm on TFR?
I'm going for my 4th weigh in tomorrow and they have never been checked!![]()

Well mine don't check, apparently when they had the induction with Lipotrim and they said it wasn't required. However I've bought my own ketostix, which is a good way to check your getting enough water.
my pharmacy has not checked mine ive but im going to ask on wednesday when i go for wi ill like to know if i am my breath says i am lol
They don't usually check but they probably would if you requested it. The problem would be you would need to take a urine sample with you and it's just much easier to do yourself at home first thing in the morning if you need the reassurance. Basically, if you've been 100% for more than 5 days you will definitely be in ketosis.
