    Food

    If I eat some protein tonight will it show at weigh in tomorrow? I have a function tonight that I sbsolutely can't get out of. They're planning Chinese, could I have a chicken breast or something? I really don't want to

    Day one sat/6th august 2011 16 stone

    May 2nd weigh in Week 1 - 7lb = Total loss 15lbs now 14 stone 13lb

    I had chicken in oyster sauce, scraped the sauce off and had no rice or anything. I avoided alcohol and drank plenty of water but I still feel really unwell. I will not repeat that, fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow.

    I went Deezer and had some chicken, I felt rotten afterwards but I did stay in ketosis and for that I'm very grateful. I couldn't cope with the stress of repeating it, I felt too guilty to even enjoy it.

    I find I enjoy the diet, it's weird but I appreciate the empty feeling. Before LT I hadn't been hungry for years!
