I've sought of started to replace a shake with protein and I've lost weight x
Lost 4st by healthy eating already. I was 22st 4lb (312lb)
Start Lipotrim - 18st 4lb
Week 1 -12 = 3st 9lb (14st 9lb)
Gain = + 16lb (15st 11lb)
Week 13 = -15lb (14st 10lb)
Start Slim & Save
Week 1 = 3lb (14st 7lb)
Week 2 = 3lb (14st 4lb)
GAIN 4 WEEKS OFF = 17lb (15st 7lb)

Week 1 = -7lb (15st)

I had chicken in oyster sauce, scraped the sauce off and had no rice or anything. I avoided alcohol and drank plenty of water but I still feel really unwell. I will not repeat that, fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow.
You could... but be aware of that (very) Slippery slope!!!
Could you fake an off tummy or something maybe????

I went Deezer and had some chicken, I felt rotten afterwards but I did stay in ketosis and for that I'm very grateful. I couldn't cope with the stress of repeating it, I felt too guilty to even enjoy it.
