    Tea

    How does peppermint tea count towards your fluid allowance when normal tea doesn't? Is it because theres no caffeine?

    I think it's caffeine free. I drink about 4-5 cups a day.

    I always counted it then found out on this forum that tea and coffee don't count , I assumed that was the peppermint as well. I'm a bit confused

    I emailed lipotrim and they replied that tea/coffee doesnt count towards fluid intake.
