    Red face Starting tomorrow :S

    Hey all,
    My name is Andy and tomorrow I am going to be starting the lipotrim pharmacy programme. Just wanted to say howdy and ask if there is any advice peeps can give who have experienced this programme before. Wish me luck, just gotta get over that 1st week.....

    Hey Andy! I am also starting tmw but have done vlcd before so know the ropes! Maybe we can buddy up a little and compare notes?! I am excited to start, all gearing up to first weigh in and big numbers off, and that high feeling u get on this diet! Bring it on, I am sick of chocolate and food! Good luck, sure u will do just fine! Keep glugging the water would be my best advice! X

    hey peeps, ty for the kind responses, could do with a buddy/buddies who are just starting this programme. we shall have to see if we can compare notes and support each other Glad to know I am not starting on my own :P

    The first week is the hardest but it does get easier and the weight losses are brill. Make sure you drink plenty of water and that you have all your shakes. Believe it or not there are some days when I found it difficult to have 3 shakes. Try to set yourself some mini targets and celebrate your achievements on here. There are some great people who can offer plenty of help and support. Very best of luck. I'll be joining you again next week to continue my lipotrim journey!

    I can vouch for this. I'm on two shakes a day and after two days I'm already struggling to drink them, I don't feel hungry in the slightest.

    I did have a slight headache by the end of day 1 and in the morning of day 2, But I have to say (without sounding big headed and 'oh look at me!') I haven't found it that hard!

    hey all
    So day one and feeling okies, just had my first shake and was suprised at how full it made me feel! Already feeling cod (more so than usual) and a little wobbly, but overall so far so good! Hope everyone else is doin okies? Found out I now weigh 25st 7lbs and that to be healthy need to get down to around 15/16st (thank God im 6ft 4 ;0) Hope all is well with you guys and keep up the good work

    soooooooooo cold, the one thing I really did not think it would effect me like this, was expecting to be hungry but not so bloomin cold :S

    Aww bless ya! Sadly u will get even colder too! Layer up on ya clothing or remortgage the house for the heating bill! I had a hot water bottle n blanket as a staple every single evening, like a right blooming granny at the age of 30 something! .... U do get used to it and notice it less, lots of hot drinks to warm u up! Hibernate how u finding it? I came to bed at 7 to avoid the nibbling hour! How sad! Lol x

    Yeah I'm starting to notice the cold too.. I came home from work and as that's my worst time for snacking I got my duvet and had a snooze on the sofa. I've just woke up and am having my choc shake as I type this :-)

    Can I ask why your only on 2 shakes a day? Do you mean your having 2 shakes and 1 soup? Hope so cos we are meant to have 3 Lipotrim products per day to ensure we get all the minerals/vits we need. Sorry if I`ve misunderstood you... just tell me to buzz off lol L xx

    INTERIM GOAL.... to reach 12 st so I am at a healthy BMI for my operation.
    Size 20 Jeans..... T I C K..... getting too big
    Size 18 Jeans..... T I C K...... selling the 20`s
    Size 16 Jeans...... T I C K ...... some! some are still tight over my tummy!
    my joe brown Jeans are starting to fall off me!!
    Size 14 Jeans...... in SKIRTS size 14 waist now measuring 34" but tummy below is still flabby!!
