    day 3 in ketosis already yay

    hey all day 3 nearly over already dropped 5 n half lbs and already in ketosis, tested this morn and neg tested just now and yay positive and very strong

    normally end of day 4 for me so im well chuffed



    Lost 3 stone on lipotrim last year, but regained it all back plus a little more
    As I went back on lipotrim a month ago and lost 6.5lbs ive left it on my ticker.

    Changed to slim & save due to more choices and think it will be easier to stick to and wanting to get to 11 stone the weight i was last year after lipotrim, good thing is im still 6.5lbs down from the last month on it so here goes to getting the rest off fast!!!!!

    Started slim & save 05/04/2012= 14stones

    week 1- - 3lbs
    week 2- doing now
    week 3-
    week 4-
    week 5-
    week 6-
    week 7-
    week 8-
    week 9-
    week 10-
    week 11-
    week 12-


    to lose a stone
    drop 1 dress size
    lose two stone
    drop 2 dress sizes
    get back to 11 stone
    get into a perfect size 12 jeans
    target 10 stone

    Week 1 TFR - 13 lb`s 12 st 6 lb`s = 7stone 2lbs OR 100lb`s
    Week 2 TFR a STS as my TOTM
    Week 3 early start RE~FEED again for 2 weeks - 2lb`s 12stone 4lbs = Total Weight Loss of 7 mahooosive stones and 4 lb`s

    INTERIM GOAL.... to reach 12 st so I am at a healthy BMI for my operation.
    Size 20 Jeans..... T I C K..... getting too big
    Size 18 Jeans..... T I C K...... selling the 20`s
    Size 16 Jeans...... T I C K ...... some! some are still tight over my tummy!
    my joe brown Jeans are starting to fall off me!!
    Size 14 Jeans...... in SKIRTS size 14 waist now measuring 34" but tummy below is still flabby!!

    lol i didnt do refeed, met my new fella, starting going for meals, cooking for each other and each stone i gained i tried to get back on lipotrim and could not get passed day 2, this time im on day4 and feel greatx
