    Back on it like a car bonnet

    Thought id be like my fellow Geordie Shores and tell you I'll be on it like a car bonnet tomorrow lol. Dreading it but also excited to detox my body after three weeks of takeaways and wine lol. Can't wait to lose four stone and hit my target, I'll be on winging tomorrow lol s
    Lost 4st by healthy eating already. I was 22st 4lb (312lb)

    Start Lipotrim - 18st 4lb
    Week 1 -12 = 3st 9lb (14st 9lb)
    Gain = + 16lb (15st 11lb)
    Week 13 = -15lb (14st 10lb)

    Start Slim & Save
    Week 1 = 3lb (14st 7lb)
    Week 2 = 3lb (14st 4lb)
    GAIN 4 WEEKS OFF = 17lb (15st 7lb)

    I am a newbie (well, I am an oldie but returning back for a stint iyswim) - look forward to hearing more from you in the coming weeks!! I am also loving the detox, I got SO sick of the dreaded 'f' word over xmas that i couldnt wait till new year to get started so did it early - day 3 for me today and going well!!

    I'ii be hitching a ride too, i've a xmas baby belly, thats gotten way too out of hand. Am gonna do a few weeks to get back on track and like you say, detox, soo not looking forward to the sugar shakes.

    Aug2011 @13st 5lbs
    Week 1 to 7... -2 stone 5lbs.
    11stone....refeed and maintainence got to
    10st 10lbs.

    Took a break

    Jan 6th 2012
    11stone 11lbs
    Week 1.....pending
    Target of 10 stone. Or 3rd hole on my belt/comfortable in my ''small'' jeans.

    Hey ladies i have full week of maintenance supplies do u think it be ok to use maintenance foods as a replacement of tfr for 1 week . As next week when get weighed will get my tfr ones as i dont wanna waste d maintenance ones... See i was planning to just do.maintenance till i fell off wagon too at xmas and went mad eating nd drinking but hey i had a good time lol . Wat ya think ladies ????

    so restart started on 10/01/12
    restarting weight - 12 stones 7 lbs


    Slim and save ...Re-sarting weight 14/04/12 - 14.2 = distraught i let myself get so big again
