so after 3 and 1/2 weeks off for xmas , stupid me didnt even do the refeed proper . when i weighed at home i was 13-3 but that week i had some shekaes and half done tfr so when i went back to pharmacy for official weigh in i had gained 6lbs
so restart started on 10/01/12
restarting weight - 12 stones 7 lbs
Slim and save ...Re-sarting weight 14/04/12 - 14.2 = distraught i let myself get so big again
