    Just keep going . . .

    Hi everyone today is the start of my 4th week on lipotrim. I am finding this really easy except on sundays when i get all blue because i couldnt get tanked up at the weekend.

    Yesterday i went to my pharmacy and i didnt even look at the scales ive given up wanting to know what ive lost as i dont feel like im on a diet anymore. Food doesnt bother me at all ive done plenty of cooking and stuff i love to smell the food but know not to touch it! I think this is down to me torturing myself by watching non stop man v food on my first weekend!


    Anyway so far into my TFR diet the only advice i can give is keep going. I havent had one flaw yet and it just gets easier and easier I could honestly see myself never eating again!


    Just for the update last week when i weighed myself i was down 2st so next week hopefuly ill be below 20!!!
