    Cellulite and vile taste during exercise on LT

    Hi all, hope everyone is well and had a good week so far!

    Just a couple of quick questions to those who ahve done LT before or are well into it or know someone who is!

    1, Does the appearance of cellulite improve on VLCD?
    2, Has anyone else had a vile, disgusting taste in their mouth whilst exercising?

    I was on the cross trainer just strolling really and the taste i got OMG!!! breath gallow i didnt dare open my mouth incase i gassed everone out!




    Starting Weight 14.8lbs
    Week 1- week 15 TOTAL LOSS OF 3 STONE 3LBS)
    This took from the end of January to May to achieve.
    Weight 11.5lbs
    RESTART     AFTER HOLIDAY AND GAIN!
    Week 1 - Gained 1 stone     (Weight 12.5lbs)
    Week 2 -
    Week 3 -
    Week 4 -
    Week 5 -

    Mini goals - Get as close as poss to 11 stone by early June!
    Achieve final target weight by the end of July 2012
    Make more effort to attend regulary gym sessions
