It's not sachet meals, its shakes. Honestly, does it fill you up, the answer is no. But once you're a few days in to the diet, ketosis kicks in and most of the time you don't feel hungry at all (sometime fitting in the third shake is actually a chore)

I do still have some hunger pangs, but they soon pass and are actually n worse than when I've been on any diet. I also think that learning to feel hungry and not eat is going to be a skill that keeps me thin wehn this journey ends.

My husband (who is quite slim) will often come in form work and say "I'm so hungry I could eat a scabby rat. What's for tea?" But he'll then wait ill tea is ready which could be another hour before eating. Where as pre LT, if I felt hungry I'd eat no matter how soon the meal was incoming. It was as if I was afraid of letting myself feel hunger
