Thread: Smelling food...!

    Smelling food...!

    Today is day 14 for me (being 100%) and I find myself wanting to smell everyone around me's food, although I don't want to eat it...

    It seems really bizarre and I wondered if I'm alone in wanting to do this?

    New start, new year!

    Week 2 = 103kg - That's 1/4 of my total weight to loose!!

    I do this I actually enjoy watching cooking programmes making nice dinners for rest of family and smelling it cook so def not on your own

    I do like the smell unless it's lingering then it really starts to bug me especially if no one else notices it! My sense of smell seems to have increased

    That's food porn syndrome as I call it. I keep getting my boyfriend to eat things for me just to see him eating and making lovely dinners just to smell them. I don't want to eat at all I just get something weird out of it Haha that's Just in the last week too

    Think that's a bit OCD lol

    I have noticed after 3 days my sense of smell has increased 10 fold though haha
