Hi all,
I'm on my third week of lipotrim now and have lost 20lb in my first 2 weeks which has really motivated me so much...but yesterday I felt so ill all day that I just had to eat something and now I feel awful about it!! :break_diet: I had some plain chicken, but I had quite a lot considering I havent eaten for a while and ended up eating almost half a roast chicken!!! Now Im worried that this will adversly affect my loss for this week :cry: I got straight back on it today and have felt a little better, I did feel like I was still in ketosis this morning but not sure if I was just convincing myself I was haha... has anyone done this and has it affected you much?? It hasnt made me want to eat more or eat anything else but I did find that it broke up the monotony of the shakes...I just feel so guilty about it!! Only time will tell I suppose...next weigh in on Saturday *fingers crossed*!! x x x
