    Restart/stall/restart/stall???

Why is it so hard to restart?

Did well 'til I got home Tuesday and binged.....bigtime!

Yesterday, did well 'til I got home and binged again!

So I'm doing 2 shakes, all the water needed and then caving when I leave work!

    Bad times!

What are u binging on? Have you considered sticking to low carb if you can't stick out for the whole day? Obviously the first 3/4 says are the hardest til ketosis kicks in then it become do able but if your eating carbs you won't go into ketosis and will stuggle every day. I know this is not the advice I'm ment to give but if u find it that hard just stick to chicken/ tuna etc

You have to be in the right frame of mind.
I've tried a few times to lose my last couple of stones (decided to lose an extra one now too ) but I keep getting to 2 or 3 weeks and I just can't face any longer.

This time i've left it a year, made sure I REALLY want to do it, not just, "yeah I should do it"...

I AM going to get there this year.

I'm almost at my original goal of 10.5st but have decided to carry on after my cookery course and get to 9.5 stones... ooooo...

So... if you're not ready - have a break. Try something else, WW maybe?

THEN when you're REALLY ready come back!
    START AGAIN- 20/01/2013

    Goals for this time-
Weight myself and assess the damage of the last 6 months - Done +1st12lbs
Get back under 12st- Done week 3
Manage a whole month on VLCD. DONE WHOOOOO!
Make it to 24th FEB. YES YES YES YESSSSS
Refeed PROPERLY for a week. Done!
    Have ONE week break ONLY.
    Start again on 11/3/2013
Manage 4 more weeks on VLCD. Done whooo!
Shrink my belly so I don't look pregnant!
Get under 11st- Done week 10
Get out of the, 'overweight' category into the 'normal' Done week 12 Undone week 13
Get back into my small size 14 jeans - DONE Wk 12!! But they're tight after a meal
Refeed properly - eg not giving up after 4 days - Meh.
    Get to 10.5st.
Get a new dress and feel sexy!

    WK1: -5.5lbs WK2: -4lbs WK3: -2lbs WK4: -5lbs WK5: -1lb
    WK6: STS (refeed) WK7: +1lb (eating sensibly) WK 8: -5lbs

    WK9: -2lbs WK10: -4lbs WK11: STS WK12: (exante) -1.5lb
