I started refeed today but had a problem.
Throughout the day I couldn't stop drinking decaffeinated coffee because with the semi-skimmed milk it tasted delicious. I hope this doesn't make me gain weight.
Anyway had 2 litres of water as well.
Breakfast - Lipotrim
Lunch - Lipotrim
Dinner - 4 oz grilled garlic chicken breast with small bowl of salad and balsamic vinegar and pepper.
The meal was fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the vinegar. However, it did not fill me up, although I am not ravenously hungry now. I hope this isn't a forerunner of a massive hunger when I progress later.
