    Weigh in day

    I am getting weighed in an hour and I feel rubbish. I'm having one of those feeling really bloated days. I don't feel like I have lost anything and have been really good all week.

    Well I lost 3lbs I'M not happy and feel I can lose that on a normal diet. However, lets see what next week brings and at least I lost
