Exercise?

After various yo-yo dieting throughout my teens, i have now decided that this is it, being the heaviest i've been! Fortunately i carry the weight well and still fit comfortably into a size 12, and therefore it was a massive shock to stand on the scales and find i was just over 12st! I have now set my goal weight at preferably somewhere in the region of 8st.6.
This is my 3rd day of TFR and not finding it too bad, apart from two problems:

1) I do ALOT of exercise with having a horse, and i also religously go to the gym most days if not every day even before starting the TFR diet. Day 1&2 of the diet i did my normal gym routine and have been feeling fine, although i'm worried that this will reduce weight-loss? I mainly do cardio at the gym, and therefore shouldn't see there being a problem with regards to gaining muscle weight although i'm not entirely sure?

2) This is the 4th time i have been to the toilet in 30minutes, am i drinking too much water? I'm finding it extremely hard to drink the 3L of water a day, so i thought this would have been a problem but i seem to be peeing more out than i'm drinking lol!

Any feedback/comments would be greatly appreciated!

The gym will react differently with everyone but I cant imagine it will hurt as it will help tone you up as you lose weight with will help your body look better :) and yes peeing 3428957 times a day is normal for the first few weeks but then it levels off a bit, I think yesterday I went like 8 times and that was a brill day for me. They do say to try and space out your water and not drink it all at once but I find that can be hard at times coz life is busy and you cant always like water with you and then you end up having to drink a load.

Good luck on your first week :)

I have a horse and was on TFR for 8 weeks I also see to 4 othrs before I go and cycle to work and do a full 12hr shift and although I felt tired quicker and it took me a little bit longer to recover I did not find that tfr effected my way of life (did not really have a choice!) but I would say be careful because too much in the early weeks can leave you exhausted and I would suggest using a measuring tape and go on inches rather than weight because I have increased my exercise so much I am a still a stone heavier than I was finishing previous tfr but can fit into smaller size clothes!!! unfortunately you can never be too far away from a toilet on tfr felt like I was there every 2 mins lol x

Thanks for the feedback guys ..

I went to the gym the first three days as stated before and weighed myself, and shockingly had lost 6lb within those 3 days! Although I gave the gym a miss yesterday and weighed myself this morning and I have stayed the same??? Slightly disheartened but just going to leave it until my weekly weigh-in until I next check. I wouldn't mind I have been completely 100% and haven't even contemplated cheating once! Ugh!

Also, (sorry for the million and one questions) I know you're meant to drink alot of water throughout the day, but does this ACTUALLY effect your weight-loss? I've heard different off different people, some saying it's to make sure you remain hydrated but has no effect of weightloss, and then others have said it helps to flush all of the rubbish out of your body, leading to more weightloss?

Thanks again!
