Try taking some tablets and you should feel a bit better in a while. In the first few days the rubish is coming out of your system so you honestly wont feel the best but once you get into ketosis it will be much better![]()
Thanks to you both I have taken tablets which has helped but im finding drinking black tea helps. I ain't looking forward to my next shake though.
Feeling a lot better now. But not hungry!
Yeah go us!!!Just the thought of a shake makes me heave but I know I've got to drink them.

I hope I do tomorrow CP I've got a 2 hour drive tomorrow then same back. I'm finding it hard to stomach the shakes.
I'm sure the thought of food will go away I'm lucky at the moment as food hasn't entered my head.
Having chicken soup mixed it with some curry powder like a lot have suggested and I'm finding it easier to stomach![]()
