    Red face MAINTENACE FOREVER??

    Hi guys just a quick question... ya know when you do refeed for the week then what happens?? my plan was to eat small portions of healthy food and maybe use weight watchers as a guide and stick to my 18 points or do we have to stay on mainteenance packs for a certain length of time?? im all confused!!! i know im only starting my fourth week but starting to think about it now!!!

    height - 4ft 10
    start weight - 11st 13
    week 1 - 10st 4
    week 2 - 10st 13
    week 3 - 10st 10

    Howdy missus, no you have the right idea. That's what my pharmacist told me to do, re-feed etc then join weight watchers to get used to eating healthy and sticking to points. as far as I know that keeps the weight off.

    well I did the ole lipo, then refeed for a week then maintained for one wee and the last few weeks I have watched what Ive eatenand ive maintained my weight......which is FAB!!!

    BTW Clessofme, we are the same height and we started near enough at the same weight


    Starting Date - March 26th - 10st 12lbs
    Week 1 -April 2nd - 6LBS 10st 6lbs
    Week 2 -April 8th - 2LBS 10st 4lbs (1 day early)
    Week 3 - April 16th - 3LBS 10st 1lb
    Week 4 - April 23rd - 2LBS 9st 13lbs IM THE 9's!!!!! (TOTM)
    Week 5 - April 30th - 1LB 9st 12lbs Total loss of 13ins all over woohoo
