Angry on LP, dizzy spells, hungry

hi everyone i started LP on Sunday. i found it quiet east going on Sunday, Monday i was fine, Tuesday i was hungry but i managed.today i woke up very hungry and having dizzy spells and i don't have any energy. i have a 2 year and 8 month old to look after and I'm getting a bit impatient and irritable. i feel like lying in bed all day and not getting up. i go back to work tomorrow and I'm a bit concerned.

i read that once you're ketosis you don't get hungry. when does it start because today is my 4th day.

i also heard you're not allowed to chew gum. is this right? because my chemist told me you're allowed sugar free gum.

I had dizzy spells on my 5th/6th day its awful but it will pass.Try drinking more water maybe have a peppermint tea to help relax yourself i know that can be hard when you have to look after a child On LT i don't believe chewing gum is allowed try listerine mouthwash.I'm on day seven i get hunger pangs sometimes but they pass quickly enough just try to not think about them.

    Hope you feel better soon,
    Gina xxx

on LT no chewing gum or sugar free drinks at all. Simply the packets and water, black tea or coffee. THATS IT!

Don't waste your time and money on LT and then go and spoil it.

It will get better stick with it!
It can take some people up 7 days to go in ketosis, and one it kicks in you will feel sooooo much better.
make sure you are drinking enough water, about 4-6 liters a day.

    Thumbs up

thanks guys i took your advice and started drinking water throughout the whole day and feel so much better.

i don't usually drink water very much so i find it really hard having to drink all that water especially on an empty stomach.

Make sure you drink at least four litres of water per day - not including the water used for shakes and tea/coffee.
