Hi there, I'm Jess, tried every diet under the sun over the last two years and never got passed a 7lb loss until I tried Lipotrim. It's my second week on the diet and I am 1 stone 1 pounds lighter :D

Welcome. Well done so far. I am on my 2nd day. I hope I can stick to this and manage to lose weight. Then I have to learn how to keep the weight off and eat healthily.

I found the first few days the hardest, especially day 2, day 3 got a bit easier and each day after continued to get easier. I no longer feel hungry which is great, for me it's the mental cravings I'm finding most difficult. I had almost talked myself into quitting over the weekend, but weighed in yesterday and changed my mind due to a fab weight loss. I'm motivated again now to continue. I'm slowly trying to change my lifestyle..incorporating excercize, just regular gentle walking for now, and I'm changing the types of meals I cook for the family. Reading everyones successes on here really motivates me.

Hey jess welcome and best of luck with your diet x

Hi Jess1973 :)

Welcome to the forum! Well done for the weight you've lost so far, you've done so, so well. Good luck for this week and your next weigh-in. :)

Thank you, I'm just trying to get though one day at a time and trying to keep myself very busy!. I didn't realise how much my life evolved around food until now! Your weight loss is an inspiration. :)

Thank you, and you too, your doing fab!!. Your weight has dropped off really quickly!! Do u exercise or is it diet alone?

Hi again. :) No, I haven't done any proper exercise yet - though I do keep meaning to start! However, I do have a 16 month old daughter to run around after and we go for walks, etc, so I'm not just sitting around either. :)

Well done for sticking it out. Day 3 for me. I know people say it gets easier - I am wondering when I will feel this. At the moment I am just getting through it a day at a time.

The shakes aren't so bad but I need to try not to focus on feeling hard done by that I can only have them - I just need to stick it out and hopefully the results at the end of a week will encourage me to continue...

I am living on coffee, mint tea, water and green tea at the moment....and the mouth freshner strips. I miss fizzy drink so I may have to buy carbonated water.....

Jess - I just noticed from looking at our statistics that we are the same height at 5'1" and also have the same goal weight. I picked 9st 6lb as it's the heaviest I can be while not being classed as overweight anymore. Did you do the same? :D

Hi there, It does get easier, the feeling of feeling hungry goes, for me the hardest thing now is the feeling of deprivation. I've turned down 2 party invites in the last 2 weeks because I don't see the point if I can't eat or drink :0(, yes I'm feeling very sorry for myself. I've turned into a bit of a hermit too, coz everything I used to do involves food! I have given myself a 6 week time limit and plan to go on re-feed after that, and hopefully still loose weight at a slower pace. However if the weight continues to drop off a the rate it has done then I might reset my goal. Telling myself it's only for 6 weeks helps me get through it!. I've watched a friend shed 6 stones on lipotrim in 5 months, another has lost 2st 7 in a month so it does work!. I'm feeling loads healthier, and my clothes fit better, and people are actually noticing I have lost weight. All these things help spur me on for another week!

Ha ha yes we are! I hope I loose weight at the same rate you have been!. I picked my goal weight for the same reasons as you. Deep down I would like to be 8st 8lb, but that just seems too far away a goal!. Your weight has dropped off real quick, do u notice a huge difference in your clothes? I can't wait to pick clothes I like, not just to flatter my shape!. I got fed up of being fat, top and bottom of it! I can't comprehend how I couldn't stick at a reduced eating plan, yet I can cut out food altogether!

Hi Jess! I agree that the mental cravings are the biggest hurdle. I find that I'm not physically hungry but because I was in such bad habits before starting LT and pretty much always had snacks next to me, my mouth wants to be constantly nibbling something even though I'm not actually hungry. All my pens have been chewed to bits. :D

A massive difference! :D I had just got to a weight that I felt made me look fat (although I am still overweight now, I don't feel fat walking down the street anymore). I've got into a smaller pair of jeans and I'm almost into the next pair down. Each week or two I seem to be able to fit into more and more of my old tops also. It's such a great feeling! It won't be long until your trousers are becoming loose on you! :)

I can't comprehend how I couldn't stick at a reduced eating plan, yet I can cut out food altogether!

When I'm allowed food and have to limit it, I find it extremely hard - yet when I can only have milkshakes, I can do it! :/

Gee, just seen how much weight you have lost, you are doing fantastic!! How do ya keep going for 15 weeks though!!!. Yes I too constantly had nibbles at hand, and a glass of white wine to end a stressful day at work!. I'm learing to do things I used to do such as reading and developing a healthier sleeping pattern. I just don't know how to get through social situations yet. I have a party invite for this Saturday, It's a buffet and everyone will be drinking :0((

Not sure if you ladies are still around on here! just an update 2 years later... I lost the weight, fell pregnant after 13 months of trying to conceive, had my beautiful Amelie who is now 14 months. Moved to Luxembourg and now I am back on Lipotrim following a trip home to the UK where I got my supplies. I piled the weight on during pregnancy but more since moving here..lunches out with new friends etc. SOOOO back to square 1! But she's worth it.
