    Water water water

    Hi everyone. I wondered if any if you can help?? I'm drinking 3 ltrs of water per day plus 1 1/2 ltrs with my shakes as I have 400 mils in each. Am I having enough or too much??
    I'm not struggling this time to get it down so I don't want to go over

    week four - 161lbs loss of 1lbs
    week five - (half way through)
    week six -

    I have my shakes made up to 300ml, then I try and have a minimum of 3 litres throughout the day, I have a fair few 3/4 pint glasses, so try to use those as much as possible.

    I think there is a point when you can have too much, can't remember what it is though
    Starting again to finish what I started
    GOAL of 10st 7lb to be reached by 07.04.13

    Cheers hun. I hope I don't over do it. I think I've read 5 ltrs is ok so with my shakes and water thru the day I'm havin 4 1/2.

    I read on my bag that the pharmacy gave me its a maximum of 4 litres? I'm not sure of the consequences if you do tho?

    I personally find drinking the 3 litres a struggle, though am able to have a couple of cups of green tea throughout the day and put a bit more water in the shakes
