    Low carb foods??

    Just a question at present,

    If I was amazingly hungry or menstrually peckish could I eat a little Low carb food? Say like.......
    Bacon, chicken, or meats? Just for that solid food in your mouth feeling.
    Any help?

    No hun. We r not supposed to have any food. It will affect your ketosis and weight loss.
