    Moving onto Slim & Save

    Hi everyone,

    After 3 weeks on Lt and only one flavour shake that I actually like, ive done some reseach on VLCD and decided that slim & save will be better for me . Ive ordered the 1 week sample pack and have loved every meal Ive tried just wish I would have found this diet earlier. So basically im moving on and just wanted to say to anyone else struggllng and wanting some variety have a look on the slim and save site Good luck everyone with your journey.

    yes please keep us posted!!! I'm really interested in it to and have been looking into it. I was hoping to get to goal by mid early december but if I dont, the plan is to come back from hols and do S&S for 3ish weeks to hopefully get to goal as don't know if my pharmacist will let me go back on it. Not sure, I've told her my target weight is 9 stone and she says she thinks ill be fine at 9st 7lbs, however ive always been 9 so want to get to 9 at least, but my goal is 8 st10lbs as at 9st i was a snug size 10 so want to be a loose 1-, snug 8 if that makes sense! not so keen on the S&S refeed plan though. don't think having special k s healthy, not filling and full of sugar/processed stuff yet on their refeed thats wat there breakfast is, hmmm
    Lipotrim 100% for 16 week going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didn’t do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Rather than let the destructive cycle continue I am taking control. I am now preganant so although I don't plan on getting to goal I want to approach a healthy lifestyle rather than eat everything in sight!! I am truly a junk/sweet food addict and it is embarrasing the amount of cr*p I eat!! Have to give me and little bubba the best start I can.

    Start weight 12.3.2013 - 10st 10lbs (ouch!)
