    Tea??

    Hi everyone!

This is the second week on Lipotrim diet and was wondering/confused about tea, I have twinings English breakfast, but fancy a change, do you know what fruit teas are allowed? I thought we weren't allowed peppermint tea but some are using it?
    I'm confused can you help?

    Ohhhh ok?

My bag says "Tea (no milk or lemon) Can be ordinary tea including Earl Grey, Herbal teas that are pure leaf- No fruit teas, flower, berries etc. Loose or tea bags are fine"

does that mean if I got a loose flavoured tea I could have it or not?

oops have been having earl grey and lady grey! didnt realise. Will stop that now!
Lipotrim 100% for 16 week going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didn’t do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Rather than let the destructive cycle continue I am taking control. I am now preganant so although I don't plan on getting to goal I want to approach a healthy lifestyle rather than eat everything in sight!! I am truly a junk/sweet food addict and it is embarrasing the amount of cr*p I eat!! Have to give me and little bubba the best start I can.

    Start weight 12.3.2013 - 10st 10lbs (ouch!)

No, you can have them, can't you? Just without milk? That's how I understand it? I'm drinking black twining a English breakfast!
