How many of you exercise? What kinds? Do you feel it helps on the LT journey? I've actually become lazier since starting lipotrim. I used to go for walks all the time. But now I barely go out. Only to get my oldest from school. I know the cold weather is playing a part in it but part of me thinks, hmm well I'll still lose the weight even without exercising. But i wonder if it will give me a bigger loss? The reason I'm asking is cuz I've also read the opposite of people's bodies going into starvation mode. But don't you have to do a crazy amount of exercise for that to happen? I keep meaning to ask at the pharmacy when i go get weighed but i always forget as my little one starts crying the minute I enter the room to go get weighed lol. And it just slips my mind at that point.
