    Having more than 3 servings a day

    Hi everyone, on week 3 and lost 18lbs so far, feeling great. I am going to see Twilight on Thursday and going to be at cinema for over 12 hours and friends going are take food etc, obviously I cant have anything other than my sachets and flapjacks, however was wondering if anyone has increased their intake to 4 servings a day rather than 3 and was there any side effects or weight gain.

    please if anyone can answer this would really appreciate it.

    Hi Lana. I have never done this but I wouldn't have thought it would make much difference to your weight loss to have 4 sachets on one day instead of 3. It's definitely better than having some food instead!
