Staying in Ketosis while on re feed

    Hi All,

I want to start my re feed but would like to stay in ketosis for few more weeks. Is that possible? If so what kind of foods would be appropriate?

    Any advice is much appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi Oxygen.

If you google "ketogenic diets" you get a few sites that are helpful. Or just follow the induction phase food list of Atkins which provide a list of foods that help to get you into ketosis. It's also available on the Internet! X
