Mad with myself!!
Ok coming to the end of my second week and all was good despite a few mac d Chips Saturday, then today I have completely cocked up and had 3 sq dairy milk and a slice of ham, why??? I have no idea why I ave done this twice as I am not hungry and could quite easily manage on 2 shakes!
help ladies xxx

Im the same today i dont no why but i ate a burger!! I the same was not hungry but cant take this back now so i just have to start a fresh tomorrow...i guess were so used to eating when we arnt hungry which is the reason i guess we are overweight...dont dwell and put it behind u tomorrow is a fresh canvas

Yer most probs...this is by far one of the hardest diets but the most rewarding if you are 100% i lost 3 st 3 years ago but didn't refeed and just went back to the same eating habits which is why im now 6st heavier and i have myself to blame...but i no this time im going to do it and more importantly i want to do it just fed up of being the fat one lol we will all get there in the end
